The technician sent was great! I'm sorry I don't recall his name. And the service was also great. The only reason you did not get all five stars was the 'assistant' (who looked and acted more like a manager). I did not see this man do any work. He did smoke in my driveway (I could smell it in the house when I opened my garage service door) and left several cigarette butts along the street. Not very professional.
I don't mind paying for service, but don't like paying $$$ for two people when one sat around most (all?) of the time!

Thank you very much for your review of our services. I am happy the quality of our service to you overall was great and I certainly wish that we could have earned all 5 stars. However, we always appreciate your candid response on our service, because if we don’t know it we can’t correct it.
The extra person that you spoke of, you did not pay for his services. He is a trainer and we periodically send him with technicians to assure that our customers get superior service every time. I am very disappointed in his behavior, and particularly since we have a “no smoking” policy in our offices, our vehicles and the customer's home.
We immediately corrected this problem and have made sure that this behavior is not repeated with any customer. We thought that our policy was clear, but as a result of your feedback we have amended it to include no smoking anywhere on the customer's property. Again, I appreciate your valuable feedback, and assure you that you will always get the service you deserve.
